HEAT EXCHANGE / TRANSFER
Our heat exchanger tube program enables us to supply a wide range of tubes to meet the varying demands of the global exchanger industry.
We supply both seamless and welded tubes to the market and our production allows us to meet a variety of different customer demands including straight tubes, U-Tubes, corrugated tubes, unusual material grades and non-standard dimensions.
GAS SPRING
The quality of our seamless tubes for the gas spring market is second to none. Tubes are characterised by tight OD & ID tolerances and close control over surface roughness to give an outstanding finished product.
Tubes can be individually sleeved if required to protect the surface finish. What's more is that our customer's benefit from highly competitive prices.
AUTOMOTIVE
We supply a wide range of different high quality tube products to major 1st and 2nd Tier automotive manufacturing companies across the world.
We work hard to help our customers reduce their material costs without impacting product quality and offer individually planned logistic schedules to meet JIT requirements.
HYDRAULICS
We predominately supply seamless tubing into the hydraulic market.
Tubes are quite often supplied with tight dimensional tolerances to reduce the risk of leakages when coupling and fittings are connected to the tubes. Tubes are often heat treated, allowing good flexibility.
Sizes tend to be between 5mm and 38mm and tubes can be supplied in both imperial and metric sizes.
MEDICAL
We offer a varied product range for the medical market. Both seamless and welded redrawn tubes are available for the production of various medical apparatus such as medical instrument shafts. Other products include stainless steel disposable needles and disposable syringes.
For the medical market, we fully understand the importance of delivering products of the highest quality with excellent levels of cleanliness.
